Neil Oldham

I have over 25 years’ experience of working in the acute healthcare sector at clinical and senior management level.

During this time I have been involved in two PFI projects and several large capital projects.

For the last 5 years I have worked as an interim management consultant for various acute hospitals and on the Lincolnshire Health and Care programme. Roles have included general management, project management, capacity and demand planning, and strategic business planning for surgical specialties.

Tim Jones


Tim has worked in the NHS since 1994. Three years as policy manager at the NHS Confederation and has held a range of roles in commissioning health care and in market access for new technologies and compounds.

He has worked as Chief Executive of Newham Health Partnership and currently works with a number of health economies providing expert advice as well as carrying out real service redesign projects.Tim also tutors the NHS Alliance commissioning academy and has authored a number of publications on commissioning.

Kate Kito

Commissioning Specialist

Kate has 15 years’ experience in the health sector, starting in project management in NHS research and development. For the last 5 years she has been an independent consultant working both as a commissioner and supporting the private sector to work with the NHS. She has led transformation programmes from concept and business case through to procurement and mobilisation for commissioners and providers.

Kate is an experience bid writer and brings the insight of her work to support and develop bids. A programme manager with a record of achievement, delivering a number of QIPP programmes and service procurements in community and acute settings.

Kate is the Associate Service Development Director for Healthshare Clinical Services and has recently supported the tender process and mobilisation of a large MSK service.

An effective communicator demonstrating integrity in her work, Kate’s specific skills include, critical thinking and the ability to maintain focus and deliver work to deadlines, relationship management and programme planning.

David Southern

David has worked in pharmaceutical industry for 15 years including Head of NHS strategy for 3 years for a leading pharmaceutical company, he specialises in commissioning support and hospital data interpretation and is an expert on PbR and hospital activity data. David has worked in both Primary and Secondary care management roles.
